By using Gadjian Services, You can enjoy various benefits for Your employees and Your company through employee benefits platform managed by Our subsidiary, PT Benefide Sejahtera Berkarya, namely the Platform benefide.id that is connected to Gadjian, in the event that You decide to use the service on Platform benefide.id. We share Your data to Platform benefide.id so that You can use Platform benefide.id comfortably without the need to input your personal data. You don't need to worry because PT Benefide Sejahtera Berkarya uses the same data security and confidentiality standards that Gadjian applies. We will continue to monitor and supervise the security and confidentiality of your data while using this employee benefits facility. You just have to log in with your Gadjian personnel account and enjoy the benefits you need.

Gadjian account cannot be deleted right away after User’s Service Period has ended or when User decided to terminate the subscription. It is not possible to delete Gadjian account immediately at the end of Service Period to keep data safe and maintain service stability. In the event that Gadjian Service Period ends, data will automatically be inaccessible to user. Your data will be deleted from Our database after 79 (seventy nine) calendar days from the end of the Service Period if Service Period is not extended.

Both of us must jointly maintain and ensure to maintain confidentiality of data, documents and/or information available during use of this service, whether the information comes from You or from Our services.
