Gadjian is a cloud-based payroll and HRIS management application, or also known as Software as a Service (SaaS). Company that uses Gadjian only pay according to the package chosen and the total number of registered employees.
Gadjian offers 2 (two) types of package:
1. The Standard Package
The Standard Package is basic HR management system package for SMEs or those who just start business, where employee attendance is still managed manually and the company has not implemented BPJS or PPh-21 calculations.
A company with 6 (six) employees can use the Standard Package by only paying for one employee, meaning that the use of package for the first 5 (five) employees management is free of charge. Companies with more than (6) six employees are subject to additional employee costs per month in accordance with applicable prices. 2. The Success Package
The Success Package is a complete package for growing companies with an HR management system that starts to be complex and involves BPJS and PPh-21 reporting. Gadjian charges a fee per employee per month for using the Success Package. You can calculate the cost of a Success Package for your company for more detail on the page Pricing.
SERVICE CHANGE
Users who have used Gadjian can submit a service package upgrade request from the Standard Package to the Success Package or submit an additional employee quota will receive an e-mail related to the bill for the new service.
Bills for service changes will be due and must be paid no later than 3 (three) days after the filing date. The new service will be active after the Gadjian admin validates the bill payment.
Unpaid bills up to 5 days after the service submission date will automatically expire. The user must make a re-submission for the changes to the service.
SERVICE PERIOD EXTENSION
Standard Package Services and paid Success Packages that have been active will receive an extension bill at the end of the service period. This bill will be due and must be paid no later than 3 (three) days after the bill printed date. If the bill is still not paid up to 10 days after the service period expiration date (during the grace period), the service will be deactivated and the user cannot use all the features available at Gadjian until the bill is repaid.
DEPOSIT FEATURE
You can deposit a certain amount of fund in your Gadjian account at the time of your account first activation or at any time by using the deposit feature. Deposit feature makes it easy for you to add employee quota or to extend Gadjian service period. The minimum amount of deposit is Rp. 100.000,-
If your deposit amount is sufficient for the bill, therefore Your employee quota addition or Gadjian services period extension will be automatically approved without you getting any bill. If your deposit amount is less than the bill, you will get a bill with the amount to be paid that is automatically reduced with the existing deposit.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment for Gadjian service bills can be made in 3 ways:
1. Manual Payments
You can make payments by transferring bill fees to the accounts below. After making a payment via bank transfer, please confirm payment in your Gadjian account.

2. Online Payment (Midtrans)
Payment is made by clicking the online payment option on the bill in your Gadjian account. Online payment can be made with a minimum transaction of Rp. 120.000,-

After payment is complete, the service for payment of the bill can be used.
Note:
Transaction is declared failed if the transaction is rejected by the Bank, the transaction is rejected by Midtrans FDS (Fraud Detection System) and the transaction is not paid until the payment time period has elapsed. If you experience a transaction failure through online payment (Midtrans), you can make bill payments via the Gadjian manual payment method.
3. BCA Virtual Account
You can also make payments through the BCA Virtual Account with a minimum transaction of Rp.10.000,- Virtual Account Number for Gadjian service payments will always be the same every month, making it easier for you to pay bills. BCA Virtual Account will also display the total of all your active bills.

You can link a personal or corporate credit card with your Gadjian account so that it will be easier for you to make payments for subscription bills such as bill payments plus quota, deposits, and service extensions. (Minimum payment Rp. 5,000,-)
